FP #181: Leveraging the Power of Intention to Get What You Want – Jeanna Gabellini with James Rick

Jeanna is a business coach and co-author of Life Lessons for Mastering the Law of Attraction. She has always believed that if she focused her energy on something, she would get more of it. But what she couldn’t understand was why the very people who were teaching this philosophy were not applying it. So she started to put it into action and found out that it worked. This was before she heard about The Law of Attraction and channeling information which, to her surprise, brought about even better results.

In this interview, Jeanna shares what she believes is the right way to practicing the law of attraction – having fun while getting what you want. She talks about the steps in leveraging the power of intention and mastering the law of attraction.

THE REAL MEANING OF THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

• It will come if you believe it and act on it

• All you need is to trust the process. In the meantime, try to relax and chill out

• Your inspiration will call you to action. What you shouldn’t do is try too hard to make things happen

HOW TO MASTER THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

• Be intentional, not mechanical, with everything you do for the day. Specifically, you can

-     Write down all the things you want to accomplish, even the dominant feeling you want to have for the day

-     Anything you know you can’t get to, delegate it to the universe

-     Include a “crazy” intention, something not based on reality (this can be the fun part)

HOW TO LEVERAGE YOUR INTENTION

• Get clear on what you want to happen

• Don’t stress out over the result by putting in too much time or effort

• Just set your intention and believe that you will achieve your goal

FINAL THOUGHTS

• Clarity is a moment-to-moment basis

• The more clear you are, the faster it will manifest, and the more you can chill out

• When you stress out, things happen that will delay your goal
