In today’s show, I talk with Pam Brossman, a true social media expert and strategist on the keys to successfully bring your message to the market using today’s mediums, like Facebook, Youtube and Twitter. Yes, social media can be complex, however the good news is that Pam cuts through the clutter and gives you simple strategies you can implement immediately when you finish watching.

ATTITUDE & BELIEF
- Success is a mindset, attitude precedes the result. If you don’t really believe you can do it, no matter how many mentors, etc. you’re just going to keep hitting a brick wall.
- People put off taking the action they need to because they lack the belief in themselves or their ideas to succeed.
- You don’t need a result, like having a million dollars, to have the attitude of a millionaire.
- Developing the attitude of a millionaire means:
- figuring out what you want
- taking action even when you’re not ready
- figuring it out as you go.
As crazy as it sounds, this is the formula that many successful entrepreneurs follow.
HELP OTHERS
- Once Pam stopped focusing on meeting her own needs and focused instead on meeting the needs of others, everything changed.
- Key lesson: emotional and financial reward is a byproduct of serving others needs.
- The more you help other people shine, the more you thrive in your job or business.
LEARN AND SERVE
- Find and learn from people that are where you want to be.
- By studying other’s successes, you learn what people like.
- When you’re clear on what people like or want, you can better serve them in ways that are emotionally and financially rewarding.
- Find ways to support others even if there’s no financial compensation. Never ask for anything in return … people find a way to reciporocate. (Plus it’s good Karma)
KEEP IT SIMPLE
- Pam lives by the motto of keeping it simple but come from the heart.
- Ask people what they want – then do it.
- She shares how she asked people how they wanted to receive her magazine: Print, online, audio, video, etc. and then gave it to them the way they wanted.
GET AROUND THE RIGHT PEOPLE
- Pam shares how she got into an affluent neighborhood and around affluent people.

- Video is one of the easiest and fastest ways to sell yourself, your idea, your product or service to the right people.
- Get videos and Facebook
- Key lesson: Nobody will find you unless your title, description and keyword tagging contains words that people are actually searching for. Be strategic about the keywords you use.
