Thanks a lot, but this sucks because sometimes I have to go to the bathroom at night... I guess I'll just have to do it blind.

I'm surprised you were able to remember your dream. I've only been able to do that on a few occasions and only when the dream was very intense. For instance: I had a dream that I was in my house, but everything was dark and all I could see were my f…

Ha! just to add up with what Mr. FP said, love is just like a roller coaster ride.. it's quite strange and unreliable sometimes haha.. because you can be totally in love today and tomorrow you can be totally confused.. and just when you thought you're over.. you'll suddenly realize that love has a habit of coming back ;)

That said - you don't have to deny it. Now you might actually enjoy it knowing that its your biology driving you mad. A friend shared with me recently - "Want to see hell in the most beautiful way? Fall in love." :)

Anonymous,

The attraction you're feeling is a biological one. It's a love of form. Another word for it is lust. True love is not desire, it's an expression of the the energy you have inside. The sun doesn't choose who it shines upon. It shines on everyone.

With such short notice I suggest you visualize the outcome and study like hell to realize that outcome.

In response to your questions:

1) Living your Full Potential all the time IS possible but incredibly difficult. But having this vision of your Full Potential staring you in the face all the time is going to produce the 'eustress' necessary to motivate you to take action and get as close as you can to it. That's the point of knowing what it could be, so you stop comparing yourself with others and start comparing yourself to your own full potential!

2) The reason why I am doing this site is because it is an expression of my own Full Potential. If I don't listen to the guidance inside me I also feel lazy and that doesn't sit well with me. I've been imagining my own Full Potential and the world's Full Potential for quite some time and this is part of something much grander, but I had to start somewhere. So in short, I have to do this or suffer the consequences of my conscience. :)

Anonymous,

Thanks for your gracious comment. I'm glad you share the vision of this being a 'supernova' in internet history. Though I'm sure it won't be the only 'supernova' or vehicle for our (human kind's) next level of evolution.

As for you being far fetched from 'my idea' of Full Potential - bare in mind that everybody has their own level of full potential and no comparison should be made with others. This is a very reality based vision. In other words - no amount of positive thinking is going to turn a crippled boy into a basketball all-star, but he has certain strengths and capacities that might exceed a basketball all-star in many other ways - and focusing upon those areas and expressing his full potential in those areas is living his full potential.

So you have to decide - what areas are you strongest in and how can you express them to live your full potential?

Rainy Days; The Human Mind and Effects of Rainy Days

Why Rainy Days Make Us Tired
Does bad weather make you sleep more soundly? Not really.

By: Colin Allen

Rain may make you feel tired, but it doesn't really help you get a good night's sleep. In fact, sunny weather brings more restful nights, according to research done at the University of Rochester Sleep Laboratory in New York. When the clouds go away, not only do you sleep more soundly, you are more likely to sleep longer.

In the study, 43 subjects were asked to keep sleep diaries for 105 nig… Continue
