The better life: Better methods will create best results

Love, compassion and wisdom will create more of the same in yourself and others.
Fear inducing, aggression and missuse of power and knowledge will create suffering in yourself and others.
No matter how noble your intention may be, it means nothing and will accomplish little, if the method used to achieve your aim is wrong.

No one needs to be perfect, but if you do whatever you do with awareness than you will never use a method to acheive something in a way that will create suffering in others.… Continue

Spiritual addiction

Resume from Adyashanti talk about Spiritual addiction:
** My comments

The spiritual drug is so potent you should be arrested for distributing it.
You get a hit of it and life seems pleasant no matter what's happening. I have to have this spiritual experience all of the time! Never suffer from withrawal...
I got it and then I lost it...the mindset of an addict..a spiritual seeker's addiction.
I'm a junkie of spiritual stuff. As long as it lasts..as long as there is hope..it's great.

Compassion

Being able to see what is common in the other
is a sign of intelligence.

Giving love with no strings attached
is a sign of freedom.

Free from the illusion of separateness, of ego,
one's mind becomes enlightened.

Free from attachment to one's position and identity,
one's soul becomes free.

Compassion is the one aim, the common inner purpose of our being, our mind and soul,
the intelligent, liberated and enlightened part of what we are.

What is intelligence?

“The real intelligence is of the heart. It is not intellectual, it is emotional. It is not like thinking, it is like feeling. It is not logic, it is love. The unintelligent person may become a great intellectual.”
- Intelligence, Osho.

Someone able to cram their head with more information, that doesn’t impress me.
A book that can walk and talk is a very expensive book to hire.
Reason, intuition, instincts, life and love is what is intelligence.
This is what is truly valuable and worthy of coContinue

Hey Seeker!

Yes sorry I've been quite busy -- but I'll be happy to delete the photo you requested - as well as repost discussion (Just create a new discussion and copy and paste the entire thread) I think it would be fair to share everything. Sometimes as we grow we might not like what we wrote - but it's better if people can join in the journey from where you might have started..
