When you strengthen will power you strengthen self image and the combination of will power combined with a strong sense of self is virtually an unstoppable combination.

The six levels of self mastery are the result of years of personal experimentation and documentation.

They are a step by step approach that anyone can take to transform a weak or lazy will power into a determined force to be reckoned with.

The core lesson here: Demonstrate power of the Soul (awareness & conscious intention) over the self (unconscious programming & impulse) by making and keeping commitments. Start with small commitments (called micro-commitments) and build up will power muscle that will enable you to make and keep higher level (harder) commitments.
