Are You Nuts About Health?

One of my best friends gave this one whole bag of mixed nuts to me the other day and it taste soo good that I can't stop nibbling while watching a good movie.. All too often we are defined by other peoples ideas of who we are, or what we should be. Funny, many times these adopted definitions we take on about ourselves are distorted and not at all close to who we really are. Some people judge by what their physical eyes see, but they don't open their 3rd eye to see depth. So they miss out on many wonderful gifts that are being offered by their misjudged subject of observation. So we as individuals can live by the defined perceptions of ourselves by others, or we can choose to get to know self and live from the inner truth of the value of authentic self, drawing from our inner strengths to carry us through all that we may encounter on our journey of life. I love the model you posted about awareness... I tell people all the time L.U.C.K.Y. C.H.A.R.M. is my reminder that the steps of success is a 360 degree repeated cycle. It doesn't stop when we reach one goal, it must be used over and over again. So when I saw this model I smiled, it actually helped me to see a physical diagram of what I am constantly practicing. It also helped me to incorporate more tools and resources to help me along the way. I created the background sound to flow of my Native American heritage, so that the vibe would carry they words of the story with love and nurturing energy.
