Thoughts Are Your Most Important Routine

Four Steps to Lucid Happiness

Profile

About Me:
James Rick Stinson has been studying how to develop and harness human potential for more than 12 years. What began as a childhood curiosity in the realm of sleep and dreams evolved into thousands of hours of research and experimentation in the areas of personal development, philosophy, physics, biology, psychology, evolution, religion & spirituality, naturally altered states of consciousness, entrepreneurship, economics and politics.

The broad scope of James’ study gives him a unique perspective not usually found in other forms of literature or presentation.

James has appeared on Oprah in conjunction with her first reality series The Big Give. James has appeared on the cover of Speaker Magazine representing the next generation of young speakers.

James has traveled around the world, started and still owns two companies in software development and telecommunications and employs more than 100 people.

Early 2008 James turned operations over to his brother Anthony Stinson in order to invest more time in his true passion, helping people in all circumstances realize their full potential. It’s part of James plan to help mankind achieve its highest evolution and create a heaven on Earth. What does a heaven on Earth look like? An environmentally friendly, socially responsible, loving and unified society.

James founded Full Potential with the mission of studying and teaching high value information to as many people as possible in the most effective manner over the shortest period of time.

The Full Potential book series is the product of James’ quest to take thousands of hours of research on human potential and distill it into clear, concise, immediately useful information.

Thoughts Are Your Most Important Routine

When you normally think of a 'routine' you might think in terms of actions you perform throughout the day. In an earlier post we talked about the importance of a 'tight' routine, that is repetitive activities with a high return on investment. A few activities I mentioned as an example: meditation, writing, reading, exercising, eating healthy. One that I neglected to mention but probably deserves the highest priority in a 'tight' routine is your thinking. Whereas you might control other activiti… Continue

Four Steps to Lucid Happiness

Life is hard. It is possible to be happy through denying reality for a while. But to be lucidly happy is to be aware of all that is, including the cruelties and evil of life yet still appreciating that which is enjoyable and finding the positive in that which is not. Lucid happiness is NOT passive. Lucid happiness is NOT a state of effortless nirvana. Lucid happiness is a choice, an act of will. Lucid happiness does NOT happen to you, it’s something that you decide you want to experience and th… Continue

Self Understanding is Self Clarification

The process of self understanding is really the process of self clarification. Why do I behave the way that I do? What do I truly value? What do I truly want? What are the highest value actions in life? These questions are worth deep investigation, for the answers not only tell us who we are but what we wish to become.

Ok, silly me for asking. Your silence speaks.
You shouldn’t have to bother yourself with that stuff.
I guess the only way of erasing whatever I put up there in cyberspace is to delete the account.. :-(
But It won’t happen, because I like this place too much.
By the way, I regret deleting a discussion on the platform, can it be retrieved?
I didn't like what I wrote, so I figured if I deleted the discussion I wouldn’t have to be reminded every time I logged in of how silly the things I said actually were !
It was selfish of me because I made a copy for myself but I didn’t think of everyone else on the platform.
They can benefit from what you said!
So can you retrieve that discussion I deleted?
“Self confidence and Self esteem”
Sorry for your loss of time, I see it's your #1 value !

This place is increasing in size rapidly. I am very proud of you JR. I only hope you will be able to control it all if too many people join up here.

I am in the middle of some plans right now, but I will return to this web page soon and when I do, I will have finished your book and will be ready to post up a full review. After all, a review in parts only reveals partial potential, not full potential.

Thanks.

James, I have an idea. It would be a great opportunity for you to create a fb account and a group about full potential.com
It would be a fantastic way to promote your site and attract more people to this platform. It would be a way of using your rival's energy and potential to maximise your own.

Hello James,
You are a beautiful, surprising gift as is your creation of Full Potential. I had been wandering the spheres wondering where the elves went.

Bread with this Wine

You are transferring keys
From your key ring to mine
The keys are heavy
With responsibility

As I lift my cold face
To God’s holy grace,
I say, “Please
I am not sublime.”

Being mortal is fine
When there is a place
Inside the divine
On the dais

Down on my knees
God said, “Darling stand up,
Take my hand. Do not fear this cup
This time, there is bread with the wine.”

Thanks James. I see that you started studying this subject about the same time as me in 1996-1997. I'm inspired by your contribution and what you have to say.
